Information from Twitch

When you log in via Twitch OAuth, we receive and store:

  • Twitch user ID and display name
  • Profile image URL
  • Email address (if provided by Twitch)
  • Broadcaster type (affiliate, partner, or none)

Donation Data

When donations are received through connected payment providers, we process:

  • Donor display name (as provided by the payment platform)
  • Donation amount and currency
  • Donation message (if included)
  • Timestamp

We do not collect or store payment card numbers, bank account details, or other financial credentials. All payment processing occurs through your chosen third-party provider.

Usage Data

We automatically collect basic usage data including pages visited, feature usage, and error logs to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Display real-time donation trains on your stream overlay
  • Show donation leaderboards and statistics on your dashboard
  • Send chat messages via the HyperTrain bot (when configured)
  • Process billing for premium subscriptions
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe) — to handle premium subscription billing
  • Real-time services (Pusher) — to deliver live overlay updates (donation amounts and donor display names are transmitted for real-time display)
  • Law enforcement — if required by law, subpoena, or court order

Donor display names and donation amounts are visible on your stream overlay and leaderboard by design. This is the core functionality of the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Train session data (donations, leaderboards) is retained indefinitely to provide historical statistics. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT session tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
